Delta Converting’s new “fit-in-line” system prepares a fluffless core with superabsorbent polymers with a technology that completely eliminates the traditional core forming section and gives high quality products with improvements in absorbency, softness and general savings of space, energy, raw materials and noise reduction. Delta engineers have also worked hard to design underpad machines with thinner cores using less fuss, which guarantees and even fluff distribution at low weights and high speeds. Delta Converting will be at INDEX booth 4040 where feminine hygiene lines for thin fluff core pantyliners and sanitary napkins with baby diapers with elastic ears will also be showcased.
